Responsible for the brilliant employer branding strategy and related projects | Attend career fairs at schools and higher education | Managing the career website | Ensure higher employee retention levels and development | Responsible for training strategies and contracted suppliers | Responsible for contracts with employee agencies and recruitment agencies | Identify and evaluate training needs according to needs of employees and hotel goals to ensure brilliant teamwork, hospitality and luxury | Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill the hotel’s and employees’ needs | Effectively manage the recruitment & training budget in accordance with the HR Director


Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | People’s person | Integrity | Outstanding communication skills | Hands on mentality | Organised and well structured | Persistent and ability to multitask | Flexible to work in a dynamic environment | 2+ years experience in a similar role | Bachelor’s degree | Fluent in Dutch & English (written & verbal)
