Responsibilities

Pro-actively acquire, lead and manage local and international accounts in the Corporate and Luxury Leisure segments | Develop and nurture brilliant business relationships with key accounts to drive business and increase market share | Use company-wide programs, sales developments and prospecting projects | Create and execute brilliant account plans for the assigned market territory in line with the Sales & Marketing plan to ensure maximum results | Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with the implementation, follow-through and updating of the lxuury commercial actions plans | Conduct luxury site inspections and client entertainment both on and off property | Attend Trade Shows and networking events

Requirements

Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | Strong self-leadership, interpersonal and negotiotion skills | Creativity in connecting with decision-makers | Goal driven and assertive in pursuing lead opportunities | Have a solid work ethic and  can-do attitude | 2+ years experience in a similar role | Fluent in Dutch & English (written and verbal) | Available 5 days per week
