Responsibilities

Accepting and processing telephone and digital requests, selling/advising and reserving bookings | You are responsible for a booking from A to Z | Proactively thinking along with the different needs and wishes of the guest and trying these as best as possible to come | Upsell cross departments | Handling outstanding options and the occurrence of changes in bookings | Support and assist the Revenue Management team |  Administration of the daily ‘on the books’ (number of room nights and the associated average room price) situation and the joint analysis of this

Requirements

Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | Good communication skills | Motivated | Good command of the Dutch and English language | Proactive attitude and ability to work independently | A hands-on mentality
