Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas within the hotel premises according to
hotel standards.
Perform regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces to
maintain high standards of hygiene.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust public areas as needed.
Empty trash bins and replace linen regularly.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in the designated areas.
Assist the supervisor/executive manager with their needs.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns courteously.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and
tasks.

Requirements

Performs related duties as assigned by the management.
Make sure that his/her working area is always kept clean and tidy.
Responsible for reporting immediately to Supervisor anything that is to be considered a
health and safety hazard.
Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and
conduct.
Knowledge of basic English and good communication skills.
Positive attitude and is able to prioritize.
