Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and our HR System Nmbrs | Providing counseling on policies and procedures to employees of the hotel | Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process | Responsible for the payroll administration for all employees of the hotel together with the HR Supervsior | Employee administration in the HR System Nmbrs | Monitoring staff performance and sitting in on the annual end of year reviews | Onboarding of new employees | Trainings & development | Handling sickness cases | Several projects to ensure work fun, performance and productivity | Guiding of the HR & Recruitment Trainee
Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | People’s person | Integrity | Outstanding communication skills | Positive | Transparent | Effective organisational skills | Flexible | 1-2 years experience in a similar role | Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR Hospitality Business Management | Fluent in Dutch & English (written & speaking) | Available 5 days per week
