Monitoring Room Attendants | Inspecting guest rooms | Ensuring that Room Attendants are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests | Ensuring Room Status in Opera is kept up to date at all times | Registration of working hours | Controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety procedures for both employees and guests | Informing other operating departments of all Housekeeping matters
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills | Ability to prioritize | Eye for detail | Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel is a plus | Study within Hotel Management or Facility Management is a plus
