Responsibilities

Monitoring Room Attendants
Inspecting guest rooms
Ensuring that Room Attendants are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests
Ensuring Room Status in Opera is kept up to date at all times
Registration of working hours
Controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety procedures for both employees and guests
Informing other operating departments of all Housekeeping matters

Requirements

Preferably an education at the Hotel School
Teamplayer
Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality
Eager to learn
Good communication skills
Hardworking and motivated
Good command of the English language
