Responsibilities

Devise and deliver exceptional experience to all hotel guests, including VIP guests | Communicate clearly with other departments on all important details that are essential to know regarding the hotel guests | Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from pre-arrival to departure | Assist Front Office staff to ensure VIPs receive special recognition and service | Dealing with questions, requests and complaints from guests and coordinating with the relevant department | Inspecting guestrooms of VIP arrivals to ensure all VIP amenities are properly prepared and properly placed in the room | View arrival lists for all VIP arrivals to review and prepare room assignments, amenities, and special requests | Be fully aware of all the activities taking place in the hotel, familiarize themselves with the daily function sheet, VIP arrivals, transfers, Duty report etc. | Attend the Front Office meetings, morning meetings, the weekly sheet meetings, pre-disadvantages for VIPs and other relevant gatherings

Requirements

Passionate about the hospitality industry | Experienced in providing guests exceptionally creative experiences | Flexibility to work weekends and evenings shifts depending on the guests | Minimum of 2 years related experience | Fluent in Dutch and English both verbal and written | Bachelor education in Hospitality Business Management
