Responsibilities

The Management Internship at the Amstel Hotel seamlessly integrates hands-on operational management, ensuring excellent guest experiences across various outlets, with strategic project coordination and administrative tasks |
Working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage, interns engage in diverse projects, including the implementation of a mobile application, creation of training materials and platforms, establishment of a supply chain management system, coordination of food and beverage tastings, planning of promotional and special events, analysis of labor reports, scheduling of renovation programs, and management of inventory for property china, silver, and glassware | This comprehensive experience provides you with a well-rounded understanding of both day-to-day operations and overarching project management within the hospitality leadership sphere.

Requirements

Preferably an education at the Hotel School | Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | Eager to learn | Good communication skills | Hardworking and motivated | Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
