For the Director of Sales and Marketing function this applies to Meetings & Events (events with F&B) as well as to Groups (group bookings for room stays only) and Local Corporate (business contracts) | You draw up clear account plans. These include deliberate sales activities for Key Accounts, based on performance and development objectives | Monthly reports and sales forecasts are no stranger to you. This way you analyze the current and/or potential market and you know how to spot emerging trends | You coordinate all activities to increase our market share in all areas and to exceed targets. You do many of these actions yourself, but you also know how to motivate the team to support where necessary
Hogere Hotelschool / Bachelor Degree in the direction of Sales or International Business | At least 4 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing related position and preferably within the hotel world | You speak and write Dutch and English fluently, and preferably an additional language | Excellent communication skills, you can easily connect with people at different levels | You have a positive attitude and ‘can-do’ attitude | A relevant network is an advantage | Experience with Delphi/Salesforce and Opera is an advantage | You are a real team player
